Carpathron Remote and its licenses are digital products sold by QUBIT PAGE LIMITED. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no shipping costs.
How you receive it
- The app: download it from qubitpage.com/remote (Windows and Linux) or install it free from the Microsoft Store.
- The license key: shown in your account at qubitpage.com/licenses and sent by email to the address you entered, as soon as PayPal confirms the payment — usually within a minute.
- Renewals: the same key keeps working; each renewal payment extends it automatically. No new key is sent.
Where we sell
Licenses can be bought from any country where PayPal is available. Prices are in euro; VAT is added where the law requires it.
Did not receive it?
Check your spam folder, then sign in at qubitpage.com/licenses — every key you bought is there. If it is still missing, write to contact@qubitpage.com with your order number (SW-…) and we fix it the same working day.

A digital license cannot be sent back like a parcel: see Refunds and returns for when and how we give your money back.
