Prices are per PC that controls other computers (the PC where you enter the key). Computers you connect to need no license. Prices in euro (EUR); VAT is added where the law requires it.
Questions
Which PCs need a license?
Only the PCs you use to control other computers. The computers you connect to — and anyone you help — never need a license. A license for 2 PCs can be active on 2 of your PCs at the same time.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro controls up to 3 different computers (a computer you have not used for 30 days frees its place). Max controls any number of computers. Both have no session or daily time limits.
How do I move a license to another PC?
In your account (My licenses) click Free this PC, then activate the key on the new PC. You can also do it in the app.
How do renewals work?
Plans for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months renew automatically through PayPal; the 2-year plan is one payment. You can stop the renewal any time in your account; the license keeps working until the end of the time you paid for.
Can I get an invoice?
