2 ea Athearn Undecorated 50′ Outside Braced PS 5344 Boxcar Shells and floors! Buy More and Save! Here we have two each (2) new undecorated Athearn 50′ outside braced boxcar bodies, these are the PS 5344 body shells. This offer includes the two body shells, 2 of the correct floors, and two of the coupler box parts to mount the couplers; no other parts are included (please see the photos) for six (6) total pieces per set. You will need to add your own wire grab irons, ladders, brake rigging and such. If you look closely you will note that pilot holes are present on the shells to help you locate where to place the detail parts like the grab irons and such. The floors also show where to locate the various underbody details as well. These cars saw service starting in the mid 1970’s during the per diem craze and have continued in service, some even being rebuilt and used into the present day by various users. This OFFER is for TWO boxcar body shells like those pictured in the first photo. As always, all care will be taken in shipping your purchase to you; this is a smoke free environment.
