Warranty
DeMesy warranties all watches for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or on the invoice and with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches. This warranty does not cover accessories, boxes, bands, batteries, or cracked or broken crystals. Custom work, alterations and/or repairs done without written acknowledgement by DeMesy Fine Watches, tampering by technicians, damage from abuse or misuse, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing), or water damage due to improperly tightened crown, will render this warranty null and void.
Each piece of quality estate jewelry as well as contemporary fine jewelry pieces sold by Demesy Fine Watches & Jewelry is meticulously inspected and described as accurately as possible. Both pre-owned and new jewelry items come with our 30-day warranty against defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than DeMesy & Co., LTD. will void this warranty.
The warranty does not cover wholesale/dealer orders. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred. All warranty repairs must be sent to our Dallas, Texas office for repairs. Please contact us before sending your watch for warranty repairs Returns Returns Refunds sent via bank wire transfer are subject to bank service fees. All payments must be made in US dollars and will be refunded in US dollars. We are not responsible for and will not compensate for any fluctuations in exchange/conversion rates upon refunding payments. All bank wire payments will be refunded, less shipping fees and less bank service fees.
