WHAT IS IT? Brand new, factory sealed, SEYMOUR DUNCAN PEARLY GATES humbucker pickup set BLACK neck shpg-1n/bridge shpg-1b and Smokey B’s 1950’s style Les Paul wiring harness. Includes mounting screws/springs, Seymour Duncan 1 year warranty and 21 day exchange policy. Also available in black, white, reverse zebra, nickel, gold, and trembucker (f spaced). Email for pricing. WHAT DOES IT SOUND LIKE? -The Pearly Gates were originally designed as a recreation of the pickups in a ’59 Les Paul Standard that belongs to Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. The Pearly Gates have a sweet, but slightly rude tone with great sustain and a bright top end that makes the harmonics jump out of a guitar. Great for blues, classic rock, southern rock, jam, and hard rock. SHPG-1B BRIDGE ALNICO 2 MAGNET 4 CON WIRE Zebra SEYMOUR DUNCAN LOGO SHORT LEG BOTTOM PLATE D.C. AROUND 7.3K 50’s style pre-wired Les Paul harness for Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul -The 50’s style wiring allows you to roll back on the volume and maintain more high end and clarity with less treble loss. Hand wired with the highest quality parts and cleanest solder connections. This wiring harness will give you the clearest signal possible with even and balanced volume/tone roll off. -4 x matched CTS 500k pots. Long shaft, 3/8″ wide bushing, 3/4″ long. (CTS makes the highest quality potentiometers with consistant and reliable readings). -2 volume 2 tone-2 x .047mfd Orange Drop capacitors (produces a smooth and even treble roll off when cutting back on the tone controls)-Vintage style pull back cloth wire (7 strand 22 gauge wire for the strongest grounding connection)-Custom aluminum shield plate to insure proper grounding and noise reduction-Switchcraft short 3 way toggle switch prewired with vintage style braided wire black tip. Creme available upon request.-Switchcraft 1/4″ jack-Wiring diagram included NOTE: If you are replacing the electronics on an Epiphone Les Paul you may need to widen the potentiometer holes on the guitar.
