With many vintage toys the majority of the market value and purchase price is derived from the box and packaging and the fact that they are unopened.
If you choose to open a sealed/unopened vintage item that we send you, this is solely your decision and by doing so accept full liability for lowering the market value of the item. In doing so you waive your rights to a full refund of the purchase price if returning the item. Furthermore, as a result, if a buyer chooses to open a vintage unopened toy and then wishes to return it. The buyer fully accepts that returns accepted by us the seller in these circumstances, refunds granted will be of only 10% of the purchase price.
If you receive a vintage sealed item from us and don’t open it, you can of course return it in the condition in which it arrived. In these cases you can return it to us for a full 100% refund. Providing it is sent back in the exact condition in which it was received and as pictured in our eBay listing.

Sealed Mint On Card. NEVER OPENED. This exact example was part of the prototype / pre-production process for this toy line at ToyBiz. It has an internal factory dated QA sticker label attached to the bubble (see picture 2). As this item was part of the pre-production process, they are some of the first samples produced. As a result, their detailing and facial sculpting is of a crisper finish than standard production examples. There may also be some differences in paint / deco applications when compared to standard production examples. Figure itself is approximately 6″ inches tall.
