A well-made unfinished hunter-skinner knife made by Indian Ridge in Sheffield, England. Carbon steel blade was fully finished, sharpened, and polished but the handle is incomplete. This semi-finished knife is in unused condition; could be a fun little project for someone with the right set of skills. Ricasso is etched INDIAN RIDGE / SHEFFIELD / ENGLAND on one side. This attractive Hunter-Skinner is about 9-1/4″ / 23.5 cm overall; the blade is about 5″ / 12.7 cm long. The blade has not been re-sharpened; original factory edge is razor-sharp; the tip is intact. Mirror-polished high-carbon blade; a minor surface rust spots are noted for accuracy (cleanable). There is no sheath. This is a quality blade expected of a Sheffield-made cutlery tradition; don’t miss your chance!
