For sale is a 2008 Hallmark Christmas Gumdrop Gingerbread House Not Working Parts Only Repair. Good condition but did not work when I put in batteries. See all photos for details of any imperfections. The photos are the exact item you will be receiving. Item is sold as is. The lot will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail and or USPS Priority Mail (many of the items with size and or weight will have shipping options in the listing for you to choose). If you choose local pick-up this will be porch pick-up at my home. If you have any questions related to shipping please send me a message. But please know that there may exist some very minor but certainly acceptable wear commensurate with the age of the piece. I am neither selling nor pricing these as new items, even though they are often in like-new condition.
