Chernak, this sculpted figurine is part of the American People collectible series produced to commemorate the American bicentennial in 1976. Named The Homesteader, it features a woman wearing a bonnet carrying two wooden buckets. Cast from the artist made mold, the sculpture is crafted in fine pewter, the traditional metal of colonial America. Measuring approximately 4” tall, by 2 1/2” wide by 3” deep, this historically accurate figurine exhibits master craftsmanship, exquisite detail, a very realistic form and has a great aged patina. It is marked on the bottom with the name, dates (1856 – 1875), fine pewter, 1974 and The Franklin Mint. It also has (4) small green felt pads on the bottom to keep it stationary and from scratching the surface where it is displayed. The figurine is in excellent vintage preowned condition with no broken, bent or missing parts Good condition Sorry No COA or box with this one You get the item as seen in the pictures.
