Then MAKE SURE that the molding on all sides are wrapped AROUND the teeth before you bite down… I messed up and the side got stuck to the bottom, once that happen you need to buy another mold tray. After you get it around the teeth, bite down then suck on it. Then open your mouth and push the side of the tray against your teeth. DO THE WHOLE PROCESS ONCE otherwise repeated step won’t make a good fit.
