Vintage National Examiner Magazine September 2nd, 1997 Issue (Cover Date/Issue the Week of Her Death) Ultra Rare, Vintage Issue Featuring Psychic Warning For Princess Diana! This artifact being offered for sale is an extremely rare, vintage issue of the ‘National Examiner’, a tabloid style magazine published in the USA which featured a psychic’s prophetic warning to Princess Diana just days before her tragic death. The cover date of this magazine was September 2, 1997. Princess Diana was killed on August 31, 1997 under bizarre circumstances that are still shrouded by mystery even to this day. Upon her untimely end, these editions featuring her antics were quickly pulled from store shelves, thus making this edition an extremely rare and valuable collectible. Beyond the uncanny headline, this edition is a veritable time capsule rich with history and includes an article about the (still unsolved) JonBenet Ramsey murder mystery. Was her killer really revealed in the palm of her hand? The original cover price of this edition was $1.39. There is a bar code on the front cover and does not appear to have been sent through the mail. This artifact is in fairly good condition. The outer cover page is intact and there are no torn or missing pages. Other than a small black mark on the bottom right hand corner of the front cover, there is no writing or scribbling on the manuscript. Please refer to the photos for more details.
