Fresh old miniature Painting from a longtime collector of Southwestern & Indian Art.  This piece is RC Jones’ “LONE RIDER” Signed MINATURE Original O/B Painting of a Western Cowboy on  Horseback.  Its in wonderful condition as described above.  Its a sweet Miniature painting being framed at 5″x3″wide.  The artist Rick C. Jones is of “The West Lives On”  Gallery in Wyoming.   His works are gaining more & more popularity as time passes.   The tag on the back was the original selling price back in the 90’s when this was first bought.    Rick C Jones (Born 1953). RC (Rick) Jones is a western artist
who works in oils.   RC Jones and his family live on the high plains of
southwestern Wyoming.  RC is from the old school of art, that is to say, miles
on the brush and fellowships with other leading and modern masters of western
art.   He has studied such classic artists as C.M. Russell and Frederic Remington
as well as contemporary artists Frank McCarthy and Howard Terpning.  His studies and discipline span the Western and southwestern
cultures. His works vary from majestic settings, scenic vistas, historic
places, and depictions of the old west and those of its heritage.    The grandson of a Cherokee Indian, RC has a
personal desire to capture the Old West. His labor of love continues to delight
collectors and an ever-growing audience across the United States and over a
dozen countries. His talents have secured numerous top honors, including Best
of Show and Peoples choice awards in competitions and prestigious Western Art
Shows.
