Item also has to be in the same exact condition it was received for a partial refund along with padded up how it was sent out. If it was originally wrapped in plastic it would need to come back the same way padded up. Before sending back please contact seller through Ebay Messaging to initiate a return. You must contact seller first to receive refund authorization. Depending upon when the item is received back it could take from 3-6 business days to initiate refund after receiving inspecting and restocking the item.
