Here we have a complete set (6 Cards) of the French version of the 1901 Liebig (England) “Street Scenes Round the World” (Scène de rue) trade cards. We have more Liebig trade cards as well as many other pieces of vintage and antique ephemera in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we’re always happy to combine shipping at actual cost. We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker’s mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. You’ll never find anything sticky, growing or otherwise gross on our ephemera, nor will you ever encounter anything with funky odors. All are very fresh and clean, with excellent color and contrast. All lie nice and flat, with no rippling or warping. All have overall very light shelf wear. One has penciled-in collector’s notes on the back — see photo highlighting that. Light edge and corner wear, with one corner on one card being more heavily stubbed. Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos. We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We never toss our ephemera into thin stationery envelopes with forever stamps stuck to them expecting the USPS to deliver them to you with great care.We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
